Booking & Payment
You can contact us via the contact form, by email at contact@calm-rio.com or by phone. We will reply within 24h to confirm availability and send you the secure Stripe payment link. The booking is confirmed after receipt of the deposit (30%).
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, as well as bank transfers. Payment is secure and your banking data is never stored.
The cancellation terms are as follows: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days : 50% refunded. Less than 14 days : no refund. In case of force majeure, we review each situation individually.
Yes, the nightly price displayed includes the accommodation and utilities (water, electricity, WiFi). Tourist taxes (municipal tourist tax, approximately 1€/pers/nuit) and the security deposit are extra. End-of-stay cleaning may be included or optional depending on the property — we will confirm this when you book.
Arrival & Stay
Arrivals are generally between 16h and 20h. Departures before 10h or 11h depending on the property (shown on each property page). In case of late or early arrival, contact us to arrange a suitable welcome.
It depends on the property. Villa Saint-Trojan accepts pets (please contact us for conditions). The Royan apartment and Maison Saint-Trojan do not accept pets. Please contact us before booking if you are traveling with a pet.
Yes, all our properties welcome children. For Villa Saint-Trojan, baby equipment (cot, high chair) can be provided on request. Children are counted in the total number of guests.
Yes, all our properties have free high-speed WiFi, suitable for remote work (video calls, streaming).

Yes. Villa Saint-Trojan has free private parking with a charging socket for electric/hybrid cars. The Royan apartment and Maison Saint-Trojan have free public parking nearby.
Yes! Several bike rental shops are located in Saint-Trojan-les-Bains (5 min walk from the House and by bike from the Villa). We can recommend the best addresses. Île d'Oléron is flat and ideal for cycling.
The covered market in Saint-Trojan (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) is a must for fresh produce. Supermarkets (Super U, Intermarché) are accessible by car at 5 min. In Royan, the large covered market is open every day.
Grande Plage de Saint-Trojan (supervised swimming), Gatseau beach (surfing and coastal walking), and Rémigeasse beach (wild and preserved). All accessible by bike from our properties.
